Pathetic doesn't come close to describing the service

Absolutely disgusted at the service received from Johan Hammes at SA home loans. Application done beginning of October 2020,he informs us to increase our deposit with R150 000 to bring us in line with the bond we are requesting we get this extra for deposit and last week he sent letter for deposit of 1.2 mil. He has been taking us for fools asking the same documents over and over.we have now receached our deadline for the property we want to purchase because he didn't do he's work properly. I'm also escalating to ombudsman
