Pathetic customer service from SA Homeloans Insure

I have had the worst experience from SA Homeloans insurance. It took them 1 month to get back to me on a claim i submitted when a massive storm dropped a boundary wall. They than tell me that it was incorrectly built. The customer service agent never ever got back to me when she said she would an I had to call back continuously phone to query the claim. I will not recommend them to anyone an i will changing my insurance company for my buildings cover
