Pathetic customer experience

I contacted SA Home loans on the 20 of September, I contacted them with the intention of moving my existing home loan, a month later and I have still not managed to finalise this, their service is pathetic, they don't communicate with you, they expect the client to keep contacting them to find out the status of the loan, it's not advisable dealing with a company like this, when you have queries at a later stage I can guarantee that you will experience problems. Very disappointed with this company.
