Pathetic and Unprofessional service

Not worth a 1 star, Very disappointed with SA Home loans and their staff member Mr Sanele Shawn Longwe, such unprofessional pathetic service and lack of communication on how to address a client professionally!!! In my opinion he still has alot to learn about customer service and the product!
