Outstanding balance of half shared estate

I bought a house in 2019 through this company by the help of KWJ attorneys when i was buying my ex husband out ,sighning the papers at the attorneys the lady who helped me told me that from my R450thousand rand I'm only going to get R93 thousands and R245 thousands will follow or i can claim it after the first house installment is paid i didn't go immediately after the first house installment i went to SA homeloans when i wanted to do some renovation in the house but the lady by the name of Sophia told me their company doesn't know anything about that money i should go to the attorneys and enquire there.when i went to the attorneys the receptionist doesn't allow me to go upstairs to the office where i have signed at for my house she claims that i shold make an appointment eben when i explain to her that i came because i didn't know with whom must i talk with concerning my problem she still refused and didn't even bother to send me to someone who can help me
