Ongoing Unresolved matter

Good day I recently lodge a complaint against SA Homeloans Insurance re:geyser fault. 24 Fix was assigned to resolve the issue. Instead I was advise to replace a gadget to my tap of which I did. Today I noticed the geyser is leaking, ceiling completely wet. Phoned SA. Homeloans I was advice by Sue Emsley Will return my call. No call receive Email address of Emsley not valid. Returned as an undeliverable. When will this issue be resolved???
