This goes out to Shaunese Marais who assisted my husband and I with the application of our home loan of bond number: ********** . Anyone purchasing property understands how strenous it is; however, with the assistance of Shaunese it was a total breeze. She communicated with us daily either be it telephonically or electronic. She gave us updates with thorough explanations of what was expected of us throughout the entire application process. I remember there was a day she was absent from work due to her sick child, I felt her absence because that particular day I didn't receive any emails from her, but upon returning the following day she rang early in the morning for yet more updates on the status of our application. We are still in the process of registering the property with the attorney’s but I'm absolutely content of Shaunese having been our foundation contact person as she contributed in a way that she may not realise in buying a home for our family.
