Not keeping to contract terms

We submitted a claim last year Dec which SAHL rejected and said we need to pay the repairs quoted by their guys they sent for our borehole. We have done that! when we came back from holiday, the borehole is not working again! We called out the same guys, and now received an even higher quote. Contacted SAHL and the BAD part is they always say "we will call you back" and NO ONE EVER calls back.

Their excuses to duck and dive claims are running out so now they just avoid you!

You cant avoid payment of insurance but they can avoid sorting out your claim.

No one even reply on the Hello Peter reports!!!
