Not fairly treated by the bank

I app**** a home loan in June 2014 through the developer RBA, the whole process of registering a stand , building a house and bond registration took a year, on the 05 June I received an sms informing me about my bond registration that it will take 10-15 and will get the correspondence, I didn't receive any form of communication on the 22nd June I called the bank about the registration they didn't have answer and said is with the attorneys I waited on the 1st July I called again and still receive same answer and I asked the number of the attorney and the attorney said she don't see the payment of initiation fee I paid in August 2014 of R 5543 and I provided her with the prove and said will register the bond on Monday 06th July on the 08th SAHL called to say the bond is registered and my 1st repayment will be on 25 July and I said I cant afford now because I need to put notice for the month of July since you didn't inform me on time for me to put a notice , I asked for repayment postponement until end July and I was told my account will be in arrears, and asked who fault is it because I called to avoid this but I was not given exact date so I put notice, this unfair for me
