NO SUPPORT FROM SAHL DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

I am so disappointed with SA home loan not making any efforts in contacting their clients during this economic hard time, to them it is just business as usual. other banks have offered their clients a payment holiday but SA home loans is only offering a certain percentage on top of that we have to submit supporting documents, all this info I had to dig on their website but they didn't bother to make contact. The president has even extended this holiday but SA home loans has done no means to get in touch and e-mails replies I keep getting are the automated ones. COME ON SAHL YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THAT
