No Service

When returning home from holiday, we found that our house has been struck by lightning. 27 December 2015.<br> I reported the incident and was told to get quotes to fix my security related items as the suppliers only open in the new year. 28 December 2015.<br> Quotes were sent. Still no word.<br> We have been living without any lights for 15 days. We have a huge bill to settle for all the loan items we received in order to have some type of security. <br> We call every day, the matter keeps dragging. Pathetic service.
