No results after Hello Peter post

I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and inefficiency at SAHL. Last week Friday, I was contacted by their Client Engagement Team, who promised to immediately email me all the required documentation (the same documents I already submitted on 3 March 2025). Unsurprisingly, I am still waiting. Despite my loan having been fully settled more than a year ago, SAHL has failed to cancel the bond at the Deeds Office, and I still have not received my title deed. The level of incompetence and lack of accountability is shocking. As a client, I find the service disgraceful and unacceptable. I urge SAHL to take immediate action and finally resolve this matter.
