No help after 4 weeks !

It been 4 weeks after the storm damage to my home in durban i still have no help from SA HOMELOANS! all i get is we are very busy right now! i was asked to get my own quotes done so that it may speed up the process so i may fix my home but just another empty promise with no help from these guys... I am frustrated and on the verge of leaving this company to be honest, the service is pathetic! how can a company so big say they still busy for over 4 weeks ?? all i need is my quotes to be approved and my money to be paid to me so i can fix my home which looks like a disaster right now, we pay for insurance in a simple process were our money is taken with no questions asked but when it comes to claiming we get made looked like we committing a crime by asking for what we pay you guys for , our own money! This needs to be dealt with now i am done waiting any longer for you guys to decide when you are available to help me !
