No feedback/Poor service

<p>On the 28th November I reported the breakdown of our stove to SA Homeloans insuraince claims devision. I reveived a claim nr ********** and also a sms with the apointed Supplier "BG Construction" with a name Anele Zondo who was apointed to manage the claim. The following tuesday again we phoned and spoke to Porshe. She was shocked and couldnt belive the service we are recieving and that No one have contacted us from BG Construction. She said she will contact them and enquire to why they havent phoned us regarding the stove. This Tuesday coming it will be the third week and still not a word from any of the two parties.</p>
