NO FEEDBACK ON INSURANCE CLAIM

About two weeks ago I logged a claim with SAHL insurance as my swimming pool is leaking. They very kindly sent someone out but that is the absolute last I heard. I unfortunately mislaid my reference number. It is disappointing to note that no one has the courtesy to call back and inform me, either negatively or positively regarding my claim.
