No feedback on home loan application

I am dissapointed in the service received from EvelynM @ SA HOME LOANS. I spoke to her and advise her I desperately need a bond as I recently got divorced. She advised my score was abit low but she will do her best to help me then requested documents from me which i sent on 31 Oct 2017. I called her, there is no answer. Called again yesterday, no anwer, Called her cellphone, no answer, no responce to my mail. There is no feedback what so ever. I need to know if its approved or declined. I need a home for my kids and the agent is putting me under pressure
