No Feedback - No Communication

I am disappointed with the treatment and lack of communication from SA Home loans. I am not a direct client, but the purchaser of my property is. SA Home loans are dragging their feet in deciding on a home loan even though they have provided the guarantee. So, a bit of history with regards to the issue at hand. The purchaser of my property is a Zimbabwean and married to a South African- (COP). His wife is the primary applicant on the home loan. His work permit has expired, and he has app**** for this about 6 months ago, Department of Home Affairs is delayed in their processes. The government has issued a gazette on the 29/11/2024 extending their work permits by a year because of delays at Department of Home Affairs. The purchaser has provided proof of receipt of application for work permit but according to SA Home loans this is not sufficient. The Purchaser has paid the deposit and has paid both our attorneys fee's as well as the bond attorney. The bond attorney requested that SA home loans require an affidavit to do a validation on the client, this was provided on the 18/12/2024. Now the bond attorney says that the client must get a letter stamped from SA home loans but what must the letter state. Is this how SA Home Loans treats clients?
