No customer Service

I have switched to SA Homeloans 15 years ago. And at that time they still delivered excellent service. Three months ago wanted to re bond all properties. Three months later still struggling. The service is pathetic. Its almost as if they dont need your business. Managers also involved. But there's NO Customer Service
