NO CORRESPONDANCE NO FEEDBACK

To whom it may consern Good day In January 2016 I had my home loan and building insurance with SA Homeloans. I submitted a claim for lightning damage and they sent a contractor out to do the repairs.

My alarm system had to be replaced due to the damage, he then proposed to get my security company to come and do the repairs and he will then settle and pay them for the work done. Up until now he has not paid them and they are keeping us as their customer liable for the account.

I myself and my security company have tried numerous times to get hold of him but to no sucsess.

Could someone please assist in this matter so we can get this resolved for the work was done but no payment recieved
