no consideration

i just called Sa Homeloans to enquire , as I am under debt review , my homeloan was excluded from the agreement , im paying the bond installment amount in full monthly , never skipped for 2 years now, I ran into recent arrears on my levy with about R2500, I asked Tasnim if they can maybe assist me, and half my installment next month, in order for me to settle my levy account, she said what ever amount they lower it this month, will be added to the following month? how is that helping a client? so I will be put under strain again the next month afterwards? told her at the banks, they assist and just add small amount monthly to cover the amount they lowered the instalment, she said that's the bank, not sa homeloans, no consideration for clients.loansharks
