no assistance or communication from sa homeloans and the lawyers

i have app**** for a bond i think 3 months ago . They are not following up on this application . I am not getting assistance from the lawyers (ntlangula inc ) or from their agent Phina who does not respond to email . apparently there was a strike at the office in braamfontein last week however i was there on Monday in braamfontein and was not told about this strike and on wednesday i went to the office in Lenasia south stiill got assistance . It's as if i am doing all the work . i have to follow up . on the 15th of November I was informed of year end closures taking place . doesn't offices start closing on the 15th December ? from from then until now what was done ? nothing . i was also informed that it takes 30 days for a query to be dealt with and closed at the office in braamfontein .
