No Asnwer to Claim since March 2016

<p>We submitted a claim in March 2016.</p> <p>It has still not been addressed or completed and we are now on 05 July 2016.</p> <p>Every time someone says they will call you, they don't. Call Centre refuse to let you speak to manager on duty "Carien Button" is apparently never at her desk, and her SAHL email address is "personal" so you can't email her either.</p> <p>I have had the unfortunate displeasure of being **** to by Jade and Nykita. Kurvin refused to give me an email address for Carien, and all of them have said they would escalate to managment, but still nothing.</p>
