Nightmare just to change banking details

I have never seen such a stupid company in my whole life, i have changed banking details from std bank to fnb.... I have signed debit order form and tried to send them letter from the bank, now they still went ahead to check with my new bank if i am really banking with them. Now the bank probably refused to give them that kind of information, now they want me to go get a statement and send them as another proof that i have changed banks. What on earth is wrong with these people, regret taking my bond with these idiots. i m the bond holder, and i am paying for it. So if i have moved banks and i get so much ****....just to change banking details, your debit order is going to bounce and who is going to be at fault here? As from now on, i will be making manual payments...till you decide to change the banking details to my new bank.<br> <br> You really need to re look at your processes, they stupid and useless.
