Never ever do business with SAHOMELOAN especially their home insurance

I bought a house last year late,and this year it's Started raining as the was hail and storm I reported to My insurance to say there are cracked tiles on the roof and now the whole house is leaking,they sent to someone to come and inspect which he did and he saw the damage then after a month they tell me that they will won't pay for the roof only for the ceiling and in paying for it they are giving me R8000 saying it's gesture of good will where my whole house is a mess and it's getting worse now as they are not even responding to my mails
