Missing in action

I have a bond with this company, which subsequently means I also have home insurance with them, I made a Geyser claim against them and they sent someone to come look at it and the guy said it was the thermostat that was faulty. He replaced it and I asked him to check if the solar panels were OK and he said yes, now the geyser keeps tripping and the solar is not heating up either, I told him he didn't show up I wrote to the insurance they promised me that someone would call me nothing yet no follow up whatsoever and we have to keep taking a risk switching the breaker on and it keeps tripping just so that we can be able to have warm water especially for the children.
