SAhomeloans refused to remove my exwife from my property since 2019 to date whereas they appointed attorney whereby exwife signed halfshare transfer as per the divorce order and also kept on adding insurance whereas the property was paid up in June 2025 and had my own insurance since then. Since June 2025 the bond account had excess amount and i was waiting for the removal of my exwife as well as the title deed without exwife details deliberately refused to cancel their insurance since they are no more owners of the property

05 Jun 2026, 12:19What is the turnaround time for your response on the matter since its long overdue since 2019 to date my exwife not yet being removed from the property and also you kept adding insurance fee on my statement for the property that was paid up since June 2025 and claimed that i owe over R6000.00 whereas i never gave you mandate to insure my property and have personal insurance to cover for the property and being paying premiums to date. How is that possible for you to insure the property that is not yours and refused to provide me with the title deed without my exwife appearing on the property since she signed the half share transfer already for the property to be only in my name.
