Submitted my divorce decree in 2019 for the removal of my ex-wife details from the property details as per the divorce order but instead of finalizing the removal of her details ive been sent the evaluator from the bank to evaluate my property and provided the evaluation report to SAhomeloans for further processing and my exwife was then called to sign off half share transfer with their attorneys for her removal from the property but nothing was done to date then in 2024 when enquired i was informed that they need evaluation done by the property agents within our area. Most of the property agents they use bank evaluators and later got other property evaluators from property agents as referred to me. After the evaluation were done by the property agents the report were declined because they needed a handwritten signature on the document and not the electronic signatures of the agents. I then told then to provide evaluators that will meet their specifications of which arranged another property evaluator who provided the report. To my surprise on the 21st January 2025 I received SAHL insurance policy adjustment letter addressed to my ex wife whereby I have to make use of my ex wife Identity number to open the attachments and also they have a bogus email address not recognized on microsoft platform of which it seems they have changed my details with my ex wife email address and identity number whereas she is not the rightful owner of the property. The attachment indicated that the documents were sent through to bogus email address on the 20th October 2024 and bounced back since the email doesnt exist. SAHL insurance supervisor have since promised to send me another letter whereby I will be able to access the documents and claimed that their systems on use alphadetical list to send letters of which i failed to understand any reasons behind since i have been the one having access to my bond accounts and letters why now they decided to change my property details to some one who is not a property. The property is about to be paid on off the last instalment in March 2025, however the name of my ex-wife who was divorced 5 years ago still appear on my property details and they have also failed to advise where did they get a mandate to change my email address and load bogus email address that doesn't exist and claim to be my ex-wife email address and it seems they have been making amendments to my property as the rightful owner without my concern so that i do not have access to my property records deliberately. I am still waiting for the SAHL insurance documents that I can be able to access to see the contents using my ID number and also for the removal of the bogus email address on the property including the removal of my exwife details before the property is paid up by the end of March 2025.
