Please assist me, I have a house insurance with SA Homeloan and they are the one who financed my house.

Currently my house have creaks and paving is damage and I called them for cover. They sent the accessor to access my house. So now their report says my house was built with cheap material, defective workmanship, defective sign that are relating to the construction and they say they won't cover me. However the time I took the policy with them, they didn't come to check if my house is built with cheap material or cheap lobour. Now that I want to claim, they are tell me about defective material.
