Losing home because attorney's telephone line down

So SA Homeloans is now wanting to foreclose on my home because I could not make contact with their attorneys due the attorneys Telkom lines being down, I understand it's not their faulty I lost my job and that I'm in arrears with my bond, but not umderstanding? I've attempted 4 times now to send the required documents and SA Homeloans keeps stating they have not received it, you know what, take my ****ING home, I can't anymore, I already don't have money and it's costing more and more to keep sending these documents looks like I will only be debt fee when I'm dead, and I hope you all rot in hell
