Long delays to approve loan application

I submitted an application for a home loan to SA Homeloans on 23 November 2015 and have by 13 December 2015 not yet received a final decision on my application. Instead of requesting ALL the necessary information once off, new information or documents are constantly requested which resulted in inordinate delay in finatising the approval process. I am disabled and wheelchair-bound and the property is disabled-friendly with ramps etc. and, as the deed of sale contains a suspensive condition, I may lose the property on 14 December 2014 due to these delays as the deed of sale will become void.
