Loans Settlement Process

I am trying to cancel my bond after settling the full value. I've been advised by the first respondent on my email enquiry that SAHL will appoint an attorney as no sale is involved.

I am now battling to get information on the appointed attorneys because each reply after that tells me they will await cancellation from an attorney.

When pointing out that the agents have not fami****ised themselves with the original notification, I am now being ignored.

The service was great when we app**** for the loan 10yrs ago. I hope to end the relationship on a positive note.

What is the correct process when settling a home loan and cancelling the bond. When will the title deed be returned to us?
