Litigation fees

This must be the worst company to have your home loan with.<br> In no way they are prepared to assist you with anything, and while you down they still kick you.<br> I have spent months trying to get though to them and making arrangements. And we are always on the loosing end.<br> We have tried to get the payments down by cancelling insurance and moving insurance to a cheaper company, yet in some clever way they mange to make our payments even higher. After falling behind we made an arrangement to catch up the arrears.<br> All went well, we are struggling to keep up but somehow we mange to pay the instalment every month.<br> <br> Last month we were late 1DAY, 1day late. Now checking our statement today they have charged us ridiculous legal fees<br> <br> Litigation Fees of R6566.40 and R342 and R3076.86. This is unacceptable, I see that SA homeloans is one of the suppliers that doesn't respond to Hello Peter. But they will not get away with this, I will get in some legal advice I'm am tired of SA homeloans kicking people while they down.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
