Level of service and feedback is extremely poor

I app**** for an advance of R100,000 on my bond, it took me 3 weeks going up and down getting things in order to speed up the process of the further loan. today I get a call saying that it was declined due to affordability. I do not understand why because the reason why I app**** for it was to settle all my debt and have enough disposable income which will not happen now as I am in a financial crisis. I am currently paying R5300.00 which is almost a R1000.00 extra towards my bond but now that I app**** for R100,000 my repayment would have gone up to +- R5800 which we would have still managed as it is only R500 extra only. I am really disgusted with the level of service I am getting from SA homeloans. Clearly this means they want to see me at a point where I am no longer able to pay for my house so that it can be sold on public auction. I am really not impressed and feel its ************** of some sort, such loans are catered for the elite few.<br>
