Lack of empathy from SA Home loans

Dissapointed with SA Home loans HOC section. Called on 9 Dec 2019 for assistance assistance as we had a massive burst pipe next to the property that resulted in a mud slide and damage to swimming pool and other parts of the house.

SAHL Staff member I spoke to was like a robot and displayed no interest or empathy. He categorically refused to send an assessor to at least view the damage and then decide whether we can be covered or not.

The SAHL staff member advised that we have zero cover if the damage was as result of a burst municipal main pipe.

We are devastated.
