Stay away from Sa home loans the way they conduct business is totally ********* in that they do not even look after clients that have remained with them for over 20 years

It's well documented that in KZN a couple months ago the region was hit devasting flash floods our home as a result was severely battered totally water logged , the structure of our home has been a affected water damage in the ceiling and walls , they sent an assessor who in my opinion is a disgrace to humanity they only offered to replace our cudboards . Since that assessor has come and gone the true extend of damage caused by the natural disaster have slowly but surely surfaced i.e. The structure of our Home has deteriorated due to water log , our walls have rotted , our clothes have been ruined due to mould there is mould is everywhere . So my question to Sa home loans how is it that your assesor can argue the damage inflicted is not as a result of a well documented natural disaster we did not have a mould issue prior to that event . Our furniture , clothing our personal belongings are susceptible to mould and EVEN WORSE WE ARE LIVING AMONGST THE MOULD WHICH MEANS WE ARE SUSCEPTIBLE WE ARE BREATHING IN MOULD EVERYDAY SO SA HOME LOANS HOW ABOUT I GET A PROFESSIONAL TO COME OUT HERE AND TEST THE STATE OF OUR LIVING CONDITIONS FROM A MEDICAL STAND POINT AND SEND YOU THE RESULTS I.E. MOULD CAN **** YOU !!!!! ID LOVE TO SEE HOW YOUR ASSESSOR HANDLES A LAW SUIT WHERE YOU ARE IMPLICATED IN LEAVING US SUSCEPTIBLE TO HEALTH COMPLICATIONS PERHAPS YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY OUT MEDICAL BILLS GOING FORWARD , THE REALITY IS THIS SA HOME LOANS THAT YOU CANNOT DEBATE THE FACT THAT KZN EXPIERENCED A NATURAL DISASTER, HOW YOUR ASSESSOR CAN ARGUE THAT THIS DID NOT AFFECT THE STRUCTURE OF OUR HOME IS DISGRACEFUL OUR HOME HAS DETERIORATED SUBSTANTIALLY .
