Kay G is a big fat ****

I am a first time buyer and in November I app**** for a homeloan of R1150,000. Kay G from SAH looked at all my documentation, and verbally guaranteed me that I would qualify for a R1mil bond. We advised the seller accordingly. Early Jan she confirmed a grant of R1mil on Whats app, but to this day I never receive anything in writing, even after the valuator had come out to value the property and found R1.2mil value. She doenst take my calls unless I call from a strange number and then she just covers up with more lies. Even worse is I was told that I am not allowed to work thru someone else at SAH as Kay handled my application initially. I DONT want to deal with her anymore!!!.
