Is SA homeloans still to be considered

I am have been dealing with SA homeloans for many years now and this has been my worse experience to date and if this is how they going to do business going forward I am transferring all my businesses elsewhere. A 5 working day bond extender is in week 4 now and they still asking for documents 1 at a time
