Insurer/supplier delay

<p>We had recently had a burglary. Security was compromised in terms of our gate being damaged beyond repair by the assailants,which then posed a risk to my family having to make amends to secure the damaged door. we have lodged a claim with our insurer,who sent through a supplier,but to date the pressing matter of my families security has not beed attended to. We have tried to take precautionery measures to try and stop another forced entry,but 3 weeks for supplier to rectify and sort out issue is too long. Sa home loans by default needs to attend to the integral matter by appointing suppliers who ensure service delivery, secondly we need the matter attended to asap.</p>
