Post localized flooding that happened on 24-09-2023, SA Homeloans sent two assessors to check the damage that was caused. They have two quotes of their own and then they informed my husband to get his own quote as well, in order for them to pay out. They need to check which quote will work best for them. Why should we get our own quote when we are paying them to be our insurance broker? Why should we as a client go out of our way to get our own quote when they have two of their own? Why inconvenience your client?
