Insurance don’t care about clients
SA home loan insurance is horrible they quick to come stop things going wrong that make them have to pay more but as soon as they have eliminated more possible payouts for them they will let you wait even if it means you going to sit without warm water they won’t give two hoots

11 Jun 2021, 04:06The insurance has phoned and followed up but send the same contractors back to me that replaced two parts on the geyser now instead of having a lot of hot water spilling on the roof I have no hot water and have not been able to bath myself or kids for two day as the ice cold water in this weather will make us sick please just sort this out send someone that knows what they doing
