Insurance decline my claim after storm and heavy rains SA Home loan insurance number *** and SA home loan number ***

<p>I lodge a compain to SAHL on the 7th Nov when my ceiling fell after 10 yrs with insurance . The assessor come on the 8th Nov and on the 10th I called the insurance and I was told that my claim was decline because of the ceiling was not properly tied on the corners. I told them i did my renovations more than ten years ago and at the time I joined the insurance I was done with my renovations with the loan I got from SAHL.My surpise is why is this happening after 10yrs and I have never claim form the insurance .Im frustated..with SA homeloan insurance </p>
