Insurance Claim not getting Approved after 3 weeks

The National Claims Manager,<br> The undermentioned is brought to your attention to clarify issues which was raised over ten lephonic conversations between Mr K. Naidoo and myself on 2015/02/03 and 2015/02/04.<br> My building plans was approved on 2015/07/15. Building extensions commenced on 2006/02/27. The first valuation was carried out on 2007/01/24 when I app**** for home loan for switching from Nedbank to Sahl. <br> Construction work was in progress when the 2nd valuation was carried out on 2007/05/28, when application was submitted for re advance of R54 000. <br> When I had taken re advances offering R100 000 on 2007/01/24 and R54 000 respectively, the construction was in progress. 0n 2007/20/26 further loan of R50 000 was taken for the purposes of building and it was used for that purpose. <br> I wish to bring clarity concerning clause \4 EXCLUSIONS"<br> \""The policy does not cover the following: 4 .2.
