Insurance claim

<div>My house was badly damaged by fire on the 21 of july 2020 and I made a claim the following day. Then few days sahome loans sent an Assessor to my house to check the damages. Few days passed and the Assessor told me they going to send a fire investigator to my house which he did after few days. After investigating he asked me questions whether I have enemies around the area and since I told me that am staying alone cause me and wife got divorced, he started asking again whether my wife still have access to the house and I said no.A week passed without any response, then I called and I was told they waiting for the report from the fire investigator. A week passed then they phone me saying they will send an electrician which he came and check the damages. After two weeks without hearing from them i called the guy whose handling my claim by the name of Darshen, he said the reports came and the fire investigator said its an Arson and the electrician said I have an ******* connection on the electric cables.What makes me angry is that when I bought the house from the previous owner sahome loans never send an electrician to come and check whether everything is fine before they cover me. Now that my house is burned they send an electrician. It's been 3 months staying in the house that's burned, no electricity, no hot water but am still paying the insurance. </div>
