Insurance claim

<p>I am very unhappy With SA Homeloans Home owners insurance. Its the second time they are just refusing to pay out our claims because its an existing claim that havent been maintained. I am very very upset with this. How can you be liable or hold accountable for the previous owners neclectance. Thats why i dont believe in Insurance companies they are just wanting your money but have every excuse in the books not to pay for your claim. Sick and tired of this. I want to take this further.</p>
