Independent mediator or henchman
Independent mediator contacts me out of the blue. Said SA Homeloans assigned him to look at my claim. He brings 2 electricians to my house. Insist on the COC and who installed my electricity. Seriously trying to find fault with me instead of the obvious shady workmanship that he acknowledged in the beginning from Sahomeloans. My feeling is that "independent mediation" was a bit of a stretch from what is defined in the oxford dictionary. It has now been more than a month, and 10 days since my assigned agent rep**** to queries.

30 Oct 2023, 14:27SA Homeloans took it a step further. They paid out my claim(vindicating my stance) but is blaming my COC approved solar system not their shady installation. The cherry on top is that they now told me to hit the road and I should go and find myself a new insurer. Anybody up for some sour g****s.
