INCORRECT ADVERTISING OR UNTRAINED STAFF??????

the following link clearly explains the concept of debt consolidation using your home loan [URL Removed] - how ever i called in yesterday to the call centre, only to be treated like an idiot, and to be told that SA homeloans does not do and has NEVER done debt consolditation, funnily even when we took out our homeloan, we were told that SA homeloans do do consolidation loans...they lady the phone told me upfront that they will not be able to assist and that salary needs to be higher, if a further loan is to be taken, so help me undersrtand if im stupid but what is the point of debt consolidation on you homeloan???<br> SO WHAT ABOUT THE INFORMATION ON THE LINK ABOVE? when we first took out the loan, the service was excellent, but it seems like SA homeloans dont give a damn about their existing customers...or is it just the staff???
