SA home loans is so ***********. These people we paid R100000 advance on our home loan and they still manage to send us an email saying we in arrears. While their statement reflects that we paid the R100000 Mbali manages to tell us that they have not yet received the money paid so we must send proof of payment.

How does your statement know that we paid R100000 on the 28th of Dec and still manages to say we are in arrears while the rest of SA home loans doesn't know.

Does the statement have its own department without humans? You want to cost our debit review because of your pure incompetence.

I can't wait until I am rid of this company and will never recommend it to a any human.
