<p>I am so disgusted with THE PATHETIC SERVICE I received from your insureance department.</p> <p>Specifically Anele Zondo. The most unprofessional behaviour ever. For two weeks she can't reach me, but after I complained on Hellopeter the first time, she can reach me easilt on my honeymoon…but before that all my calls and e-mails go unanswered.</p> <p>She is so *********** I can't begin to describe it. Still waiting for her superivisor/manager to contact me, will propably never happen!</p> <p>Can somebody just contact me to cancel my insureance with you guys, her service and attitude was so ********** I want nothing to do with your insureance department anymore.</p> <p>I've been paying thru my neck for my insureance for nothing!!</p> <p>Don't even want you to handle this claim, I just want to be rid of what I can only call the moat shocking and unprofessional service ever!!</p>
