WOW Something is terribly wrong with SA HOMELOANS processes....

I sent an email to change my debit order date , that was not done,...

Debit order was arrange a weeks later not they listed me as 30 days in arrears and their response is always "send and email to admin@.." but nobody ever responds to that email...
