I invite any bank to take over my bond!!!

SA Homeloans make empty promises. They confirmed that I can pay 55% of my bond for 3 months during the Covid-19 situation in SA but when it comes to the debit order they take 100%. Rinata Dorasamy, this is on you!! You give pathetic customer service and make empty promises to customers and then nobody can get hold of you again. Not even your own colleagues!!! Judging on the reviews, SA Homeloans does not even respond to the complaints on this site. It shows you how much they care. I invite any bank to take over my bond but I most definitely do not want SA Homeloans to manage my bond anymore!!!
